Situated in a secluded & affluent part of the ever popular family resort of Coral Bay, Villa Rafaella is a private paradise surrounded by stunning green citrus fruit orchards, affording beautiful views of the glistening (turquoise) Mediterranean Sea.
Rafaella is a charming Cypriot designed villa, characterised by Palm Trees, stone balustrades and wooden pergolas in a peaceful location that is easily reached from amenities in Coral Bay. Shops, bars and restaurants are all within easy (and flat) walking distance.
Corallia Beach is only 1km from Villa Rafaella and if you fancy indulging in some water sports such as jet ski-ing and paragliding or taking a spectators spot in one of the beach cafes with a cold beer, Coral Bay Beach is only a 10-15 minute walk away. The main strip is just under 2km away (to its heart) as is the large Philippos hypermarket which will deliver both you and your shopping home without charge upon request.
Accessed from a long gated driveway, the two storey villa has a real sense of space and seclusion and is fully furnished in an elegant style with all modern conveniences.
The villa has fully functional A/C throughout the bedrooms and fitness room (living area AC available for a supplement). It has 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, (3 en-suites, a shower room and Cloakroom/WC ), sleeping 10 (one or two infants extra would be permitted).
The very spacious & beautifully decorated ground floor area features large open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room with an elegant dining table seating 10 and situated next to French doors leading to the outside pool area.

DETAILS OF THE INTERIOR
Ground Floor
As you enter through the main double doors to the villa you are greeted by a glistening marble staircase and floor which features a stunning mosaic design. Adjacent to the staircase you will find a beautiful open area which benefits greatly from natural light due to the grand windows and patio doors leading outside. The stylish lounge is complimented by a chic modern two piece suite, black glass coffee table, flat screen TV with satellite, DVD player and 1990's retro stereo system. All in all, an excellent space for relaxing with your favourite bottle of wine after a long day at the beach (or by the pool).
Walking past the impressive stone built fireplace (decorative only) you will come into the open dining area and kitchen. This is a wonderful space, full of natural light, with 4 sets of French doors leading to the outdoor pool area.
The dining area features a classic chaise longue and a large dining table with ten leather chairs and offers beautiful views of the pool and surrounding orchards. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and has all modern amenities including a dishwasher, large fridge-freezer and microwave and modern coffee maker. There is an electric oven, extractor hood and gas hob. Just as we leave the kitchen we will pass the utility/laundry room complete with the washing machine, cupboards, sink and accessible back door for your convenience.
Moving to the east part of the villa you will come to the private indoor gym. The air-conditioned gym is complete with a running machine, an exercise bike, ankle weights, X-trainer mat and two medicine balls. There is also a large set of patio doors leading outdoors for those in need of a refreshing dip in the pool after a stimulating workout.
As we leave the gym we will come to the two ground floor twin rooms Both rooms are fresh and tranquil, featuring large built in wardrobes and bright patio doors leading to the rear private veranda which are surrounded by luscious greenery and views of the mountains. The ground floor shower room is next to the twin rooms and is accessed from the hall. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.
First Floor
Moving upstairs we will arrive at the large open landing which features two relaxing chairs. To the left there is a set of patio doors leading onto the western balcony. The other three doors lead to both the master and double bedrooms.
The master suite is a beautiful boudoir and features a king sized bed, large built in wardrobes, dressing table and mirror, en suite Jacuzzi bathroom, and two sets of patio doors leading to north and south balconies.
The double bedrooms, like the master, have large built in wardrobes and en suite bathrooms. They too have French doors leading out to a large southern balcony with offers wonderful panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and glistening horizon.
A travel cot and highchair can be supplied on request. Air-Conditioning included in rental price (bedrooms and fitness room) (Lounge area paid extra at 10 euros per day if required).
DETAILS OF THE EXTERIOR
Ground Floor
As you enter the grand gated driveway you will notice a shaded car port to the right of the property where there is a table tennis court for those friend and family tournaments. Walking around the side of the villa you will come to the stunning pool area. There are ten sun loungers with two parasols and pergola surrounding the sparkling 9m by 4m pool (lit to perfection at night). To the left of the villa there is a large outdoor dining area sheltered by the beautiful, traditional stone built gazebo featuring white drapes giving it a special Cypriot old worldly charm. In the same secluded area you will find the large authentic stone BBQ to assist with alfresco dining. A truly beautiful spot for taking in the sunset as it glistens through the palm trees.
First Floor
Moving upstairs again you will find the upper balconies. The large southern balcony which is accessed by both double bedrooms feature a table seating six and offers spectacular views of the ocean and coastline.
The master suite is blessed with north and south facing balconies. The southern balcony has a set of two wicker chairs and table and is completely secluded for those wishing to have a romantic glass of wine whilst watching the sun set on the horizon. The northern balcony offers a beautiful view of the mountains and is a perfect spot for star gazing.

''Fantastic villa overall, lovely pool, plenty of sunbeds, pool towels etc, good air conditioning
We loved the location, very quiet, lovely Banana Plantations, Avocado, Pomegranate and Citrus orchards all round. Easy to follow instructions and we arrived at the villa in the middle of the night as well. Phillipos Supermarket was fantastic, Latchi Watersports Self Drive Boat Hire ( we hired a boat for the whole day), Corallia Beach was amazing, the restaurant Seriani in Coral Bay was fantastic as was the Rib Shack in Paphos and also The Moorings in Paphos Harbour all three were lovely places to eat
Totally happy, Great communication throughout with yourself (Steven). We only met the local manager on the 1st day and didn't require any further information

''We had a fabulous stay at Villa Rafaella thank you. The villa was lovely. Very clean with everything you would need. The location was lovely. You could walk to the beach in about 20 minutes but I would recommend use of a car. Les Amis restaurant was lovely and very family orientated. Corallia Beach was lovely with a little cove so very safe for the children.
Very satisfied with the service and all the help I was given. Nothing to improve with the villa and service.. ''

''The villa was ideal for our family of 10. Location and the setting was good.
The strip at Coral bay was less than a half hour walk and the beach 15 minutes. The villa was very peaceful and not overlooked. The view from the balcony is amazing looking over the fruit trees and down to the sea. We did hire a car but walked most of the time and the bus service is excellent.
Philipos supermarket is excellent and provides free transport for shopping from the shop to the villa. We never had a bad meal experience but our favourites were the Golden Temple and the Samisen Japanese Teppanyaki Restaurant. We do also like Greek food and Fat Mamas in Kato Paphos was excellent.
Very happy with your service and in future we will book directly with yourselves. Steven went out of his way to help rearranging our dates to line up with our flights. We had only one or two small issues which were addressed very quickly by the owners who we found very approachable.
I find it difficult to find fault with the villa which is very spacious and well priced. Cyprus has been our holiday destination for the last decade. We will definitely be back but may visit the Fig Tree area next year. We are very comfortable in a villa and like the freedom and privacy. ''

''The villa was listed correctly. It was a good location very quiet and peaceful a car is recommended.
The Italian restaurant Dolce Vita is a must along with Seriani restaurant also Phillipo supermarket. Worth hiring the buggies and taking a trip to the waterfalls at Adionis Baths and also Latchi beach area.
You provided a really good service any questions asked along with arranging taxi transfers were replied and booked quickly. We did not need to contact whilst in Cyprus however the owner did pop over on the first day to make sure all was fine. . ''

''The villa was as described, very clean and spacious. Quiet and private for those of whose who wanted that, but a 10 min walk to bars for those who didn’t. Ideal.
Always recommend a trip to Latchi! Our younger guests loved the staff and atmosphere at Dirty Martinis.Totally satisfied with your service and that of the owners, we had a couple of minor issues which were dealt with the same day. Can’t ask for more. ''

''Everything was fine and we realy loved the vacation. Now I will answer to your questions in detail. The villa itself was very nice. The location was good. It was quiet and we could listen to music without annoying our neighbours. The view over the fields out of the villa made us happy. The beach and the markets could be reached by foot but you have to pay attention to the temperatures.
We liked and recommend Porto Antico, Imperial Chinese Restaurent, Cabana Beach Bar, Sea You Bar, Latchi Boat Trip to the blue lagoon

The villa itself was lovely and was plenty of room and space for our family of six. ''We were extremely happy with the location of the villa, the layout and space is fabulous, and gives all guests there own bit of privacy, also the ensuite bedrooms for extra privacy. we were very pleased with the communication we received whilst in the uk, and happy that the driver for our return flight came to visit to confirm pick up time. We went to Viklari which is breathtaking, the views are amazing. we loved the bar near the shipwreck. Thai restaurant and Mexican was fabulous. The villa was spotlessly clean, and the pool maintained to a very high standard. We would definitely book the villa again if we return to coral bay. Thank you for a memorable experience. Alison..''

''The property was spacious and well equipped. The location was peaceful, which is what we preferred. We really liked Cousins restaurant and hired a boat from George’s water sports as Latchi was fully booked, we found it was also cheaper and the staff were very helpful. I experienced very good and efficient service from Let’s rent online. Thank you to Steven for your quick responses to my emails. The owners were very helpful and we had an issue with the air con and a new unit was fitted that day which was great service. We had a power cut and they came straight out and it was an external issue, so very pleased with them..''

''The villa served us well. It was large enough to accommodate all of us and had everything that we needed to ensure that our holiday went without a hitch. Location was good - nice and quiet, not overlooked, good views across the orchards/plantations out to the sea in the distance. You do need a car though to get supplies and to visit the nearby restaurants.
Coral Bay beach is great which has a beach bar selling the usual snacks and drinks. Coral Beach Water Sports also operate from the bay offering a vast range of experiences. Samisen Japanese Tepanyaki restaurant is a must for a great meal with a difference! Oniro by the Sea was my favourite place to eat. Superb food, great cocktails and awesome views at sunset. To be honest we ate out a lot of restaurants and I couldn’t really fault the food or service at any of them. We also hired a boat from Latchi Watersports which was about 30 minutes from the villa. What a fantastic day and in my opinion money very well spent. There were 7 of us and it was my mums 69th Birthday so we rented a 250hp Marinello with cabin. My sister was worried as she suffers sea sickness but nether the less came along, well what can I say, no sea sickness and only a few hours in to the trip she was out in the ‘donut’ begging for me to go faster!! Snorkelling in the various coves along the coast was also a first for my mum! Truly a day that none of us will forget.
Five star service from you. Emails answered very promptly, sometimes within minutes. I will definitely be recommending you and using you again. Very satisfied with owners service. Sunday morning, day after arriving, all set for a trip to the local supermarket to stock up. We walked out of the villa leaving the door keys locked inside!!! After a quick call to the local owner he arrived within minutes to let us back in. We had found that the kettle was leaking and that a 13amp plug socket in one of the bedrooms was cracked and loose. Kettle replaced and electrician sent out on the Sunday afternoon to replace the socket.
I do hope to visit Cyprus again highly likely to be next year. I now only rent villas as I prefer the privacy not afforded by hotels.''

''The villa was lovely , the outdoor space was definitely the selling point . Spacious , lovely pool , bbq area and outdoor dining space Fantastic. All the rooms were good with no complaints . The views from the balcony’s were fantastic. Location was good, far enough away from the strip but also in walking distance. As the house is large with very few neighbours it allows you not to worry about noise . The pool and outdoor area is not over looked so privacy is fine . The view from the property is stunning.
I would recommend Oniro for cocktails and a nice lunch! The location , view and service was great. Sea Caves was also very nice for cocktails.
Yes, very happy with your service! Always got back to me very quickly and any questions were answered so can only say good things. We had no problems, I was personally out when they turned up however the other other guests said only good things.''

''Brilliant villa, very clean and spacious. Lovely location, surrounded by orange and banana trees. 10 minute walk to local shop and a couple of bars. 15 minutes walk to Coral Bay beach
Blazing Saddles Bar was nice, few games for the children (air hockey, pool etc). Fat Mamas is a must for anyone visiting Paphos, food and entertainment is brilliant. Coral Bay beach was good also for water sports and bathing alike. I would also recommend a jeep safari tour as a great way to see the island and a few select locations.
Very satisfied with your service. Lots of communication before our trip and answered any and all questions we had.
We had a small issue when the power went off one morning, I called them up and they resolved it very quickly, they were very friendly and helpful.

''The Villa was fantastic, we were very impressed. was very clean and well equipped especially in the kitchen, plenty of plastic glasses and plates useful for the pool area and the children in our party, would certainly recommend the villa to others.
The location was lovely, very secluded although we did find we had to take taxis everywhere as we had young children in our group and the distance to walk in the heat (not complaining about the weather it was glorious) would have been to much for them, in hindsight we should have hired a seven seater vehicle.
We did visit the Italian restaurant you kindly recommended and gave us vouchers for, Duomo I think the service and food was outstanding, best meal we had in Cyprus. Water Park was a great day out and well worth the money. Andy's Taxi Serv
